Computer Wizz, LLC provides computer repair, troubleshooting, IT support, and related technology services for consumers and businesses. Each project is subject to a specific quote or agreement. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

3. Payments and Billing

• Quotes: All quotes provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
• Deposits: For large projects, a percentage of the total cost may be required upfront.
• Final Payment: Payment is due as agreed in writing upon completion of the work unless prior credit terms have been established.
• Late Fees: We reserve the right to charge interest on any overdue balances.

4. Customer Obligations

The customer is responsible for providing accurate information about devices and systems, backing up important data when advised, and ensuring safe access to equipment and premises for on-site work. The customer must disclose any known issues (such as liquid damage or prior repair attempts) that may affect service.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We request at least 24–48 hours' notice for rescheduling or cancellations when possible. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a service or appointment fee.

6. Limitation of Liability

Computer Wizz, LLC shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. We are not responsible for loss of data, software conflicts, or hardware failures that existed prior to service or that occur despite reasonable care. Customers are responsible for maintaining backups of important data.

7. Intellectual Property

The content, logo, graphics, and design on this website are the property of Computer Wizz, LLC and are protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without written permission.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State.
